Kappa Kadets (6-8)
The Kappa Kadets Program is designed to support boys in grades 6 – 8 during a critical stage of development by providing positive guidance, character-building experiences, and exposure to leadership principles. Positioned as a bridge between Pack 1911 and Kappa League, this initiative offers a safe and engaging environment where young men can explore their identities, build self-confidence, and develop essential life skills. Through structured mentoring sessions, group discussions, hands-on activities, and interactive learning experiences, participants will grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
The program covers a wide range of topics including personal development, academic habits, conflict resolution, financial literacy, health and wellness, career exploration, and community service. Each session is led by dedicated mentors who serve as positive role models and guides, encouraging consistent participation and growth. The program also includes opportunities for field trips, guest speakers, and a year-end celebration that highlights each participant’s achievements, preparing them to transition into high school programs with confidence and purpose.
